This is the only room where we wanted to use colour. And we did! Teak cocktail table and bar stools are from Paya in Bangkok. The red leather armchairs are from Viva Aviv. Teak wood bookshelf from India. The small wooden tables are a find at Chattuchak Market in Bangkok. The standing lamps are made out of buddhist trumpets from Ladakh in India. The bamboo blinds got their silk edging from Jim Thompson. The pool table is surrounded by pop art paintings from famous chinese artists. Mrs Wang ZhiJie painted the ‘Little girl series’. Mr. Yue Minjun is famous for his smiling soldiers. Lamps are from Tealight Design and hanging lamps are from Tom Dixon. To give this room this eclectic and Pub-like look, black bakelite plugs were added and ceramic with brass light switches from India.
