A little farmhouse style was added by putting in iron curtain rails and handmade curtains sewn out of block-printed fabric from India, coconut buttons and the traditional top curtain, for a change, of austrian wool fabric.
The handwoven wash basket is from a minority called ‘Sop Moi’ in northern Thailand bordering Myanmar. The alcoves were changed with spot lights and antique pieces from Myanmar. The clothes rack is from the famous flee market Panjiajuan in Beijing, China. Both teak wood wardrobes with the carved doors are from Indonesia and almost have a farmhouse style.
